It was nice to read of the achievements of my very first school.
I have great memories.
Names appearing on Friends Reunited go back a lomg way.
I started in September 1958 in Ms Etchells Class.
I recall Mrs Pawson, Mr Williams and Mrs Ellis.
I can remember how proud my father was when I came home with a badge saying I was to be the canteen \' pudding monitor \'
I went on to Sale Grammar, University of London and into the big world of employment
