Multi Faith Peace Projects

The Interfaith Ceremony to open our J.P.Joule Positive Energy Labyrinth May 23rd´08 funded by the Ashden Awards:

• 1) Musical version of aspects of the day. Music by Denise Hagan.
• 2) Peace Mala songs, prayers and presentation with our pupils.
• 3) Background to the adult guests involved in the Interfaith opening ceremony.

Personal Well Being.

Mark Minard created the films associated with the opening of the Woodheys Labryinth.  Mark creates incredible films some of which are linked to nature. We are very fortunate to be able to trial his work in some of our classrooms.  Mark matches sound to movement to create a calm, creative and inspirational environment.                                        www.movingessence@eircom.net

• 4) The Outdoor Ceremony using the multi faith Peace Prayers used by the Pope at his gathering in Assissi in 1986. Professor David Ward, dressed as J.P.Joule walked on behalf of the Humanists.

Please look at Mrs Robinson´s class Year 1/2 in "Classes at Woodheys",  They too have been working on Peace Projects.
