School Development Plan

At Woodheys Primary School, we are committed to continuous improvement. Each year, we work closely with pupils, staff, parents, governors and other stakeholders to evaluate what has been successful and identify areas where we can improve further. This valuable feedback helps to shape our School Development Plan (SDP), with progress reviewed regularly throughout the year.

In recent years, we have strengthened this process even further by introducing a dedicated School Review Day during an INSET day in November. This provides an opportunity for all stakeholders to come together and evaluate progress against the School Development Plan and our key priorities, which are closely aligned with our school values.

During the review, we carefully analyse stakeholder feedback, identify emerging trends and themes, and agree clear actions to address any areas for development. This collaborative approach ensures that our priorities remain relevant, ambitious and focused on achieving the very best outcomes for all members of our school community.
